Guts isn't breaking out of them without being able to swing his sword, which he can't do if his arms are caught. Guts can cut Spidey's webs if he can still swing his sword, but Spider-man's webs can hold hundred tonners easily. If Guts gets webbed a single time, it's over. Or do a more in character thing like punch him in the face and knock him out instantly. If it ever comes to a grappling match, Guts will lose instantly, Spider-man will literally rip his arms off and beat him to death with them. Guts swings around a sword that weighs around 500 -600 pounds, but that's nothing for Peter. Spider-man is easily a 40 tonner, and can go a lot higher when he needs to. Spider-man is far, far stronger, has pre-cog, and has his webs. That's the main thing he has going for him in this fight.
